FuncFit: Short for Functional Fitness is a fun, challenging and convenient way to get a work out in. FuncFit is a 30 min circuit that starts when you get there! This class is for anyone who wants to get in better shape with a short, high intensity workout and have fun at the same time. *Last Circuit starts at 4:30. This class is open to students 13 years and older of any skill level.
Kickboxing: In this class students (13 and older) train in Kickboxing to improve angles, footwork, kicking and punching. The techniques demonstrated in this high cardio class teach students how to strike and kick properly and defend themselves in the striking zone. This class is open to students 13 years and older of any skill level.
BJJ – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Students (13 and older) learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through technical instruction, positional drills, and partner rolling. Classes teach students how to manipulate their opponent utilizing proper technique, leverage and strategy. The BJJ Basic and BJJ Training classes are open to adults 13 and older of any skill level.
No Gi/MMA: This split class teaches both No Gi BJJ as well as MMA. Classes cater to student need, with content focusing on striking, clinch fighting, transitions and submission grappling and No Gi Bjj techinques. This class is open to students 13 years and older of any skill level.
Kids Martial Arts (6 to 13yrs): Kids learn the basic fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu through technical instruction, positional drills and partner rolling.
